Kind of pointless
It had pretty much no plot whatsoever which is a flaw. Also the way you used scaling with the money and butterfly(at least that's what I think it is) came out badly. The way the foreground scrolled was kind of strange and I noticed the graphics don't take up the whole screen so you should be more careful about that next time.
There's a lot of room for improvement all around but it could be worse.
Most accurate title I've ever seen
Every joke in this flash has been old since the primaries. Aside from the lackluster graphics and lame sequence where the guy doesn't move and there's dramatic music, you have failed as an author. Yeah, I realize since it's inauguration day you wanted to do something Obama-related, but come on. I couldn't laugh at this if I was in an atmosphere of pure nitrous oxide.
... And apparently, your sense of humor died during those same primaries!

You both acknowledge and ignore the fact that this movie was indeed a "Waste Of Your Time". Any discomfort you experienced due to this short piece was entirely your fault and yours alone. Should have stayed in your civics class
It's clear that some effort went into this (particularly the buttons/ sound effects and art) but I don't see any reason for this to be on the internet. School presentations don't really fit under the group "entertainment" except maybe for a programming class.
Also I have to tell you that the voice acting was just bad. I doubt that was part of your grade, but it's really annoying none the less. Text to speech engines sound better than your voice, I'm sorry to say.

You are a very good flash artist. This is an unsurpassed masterpiece and I wish I could hang it on my wall but I would have to make the frames really small to fit it all and then that would just deminish the artistic value.
In summary, the only problem with this flash is the size of my wall.

Spelling Errors
First off there were spelling errors in this (rhombus and isoceles to name two).
Also it seemed pretty pointless and the humor was bland at its blandest.
The spelling errors were made intentionally to be poetic.
